VERTICAL AUTOMOTIVE CLAMPS WITH STRAIGHT BASE

These straight base series clamps are supplied in separate parts includes Handle, Silicon handle grip and clamping bar, which allows the designer to identify the suitable position and weld them to suit the application. These models feature with the straight base for a situation where a vertical surface is used to mount the clamp, which can be directly bolt mounted or welded to a fixture. These series clamps have more height under the clamping bar. Clamping bar allows a wide opening angle which enables easy loading and unloading of the workpiece. All MI clamps come with a unique silicon rubber grip which is only manufactured by MI which withstands high temperatures at the workplace. These clamps are finished black oxide.

INSTALLATION :
Clamp will be supplied in seperate parts , When welding the clamp mechanism ensure that the full length of the adjoining surfaces is welded. Ensure that welding spatter does not enter the slots which form the forward stop of the mechanism.
